All orders are shipped with insurance and signature required using certified carriers specialized in handling bulky goods. This ensures maximum protection during transport.

2. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us. This allows you to follow the shipment in real-time. We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to monitor the expected delivery or reschedule if needed.

3. Signature Required

A signature is always required upon delivery. Delivery without a signature or leaving the item unattended is not possible. This ensures safe and verifiable handover of the product.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. In most cases, your order will arrive within a few working days. For international shipments, delivery may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will contact you proactively.

5. Missed Delivery Attempt

If you are not home during the initial delivery attempt, the carrier will either reschedule or deliver the package to a designated pickup point. Please keep an eye on your tracking information for further instructions.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and are clearly stated during checkout. For return shipments, all transport costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
