Delivery and Warranty

Shipping
All MatrasComfort products are shipped with signature required and insured through a certified logistics provider. This ensures that your order is fully traceable and protected against loss or damage during transport.

Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee that you will receive your order in full. If, despite our precautions, a package is not delivered and is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Responsibility
All shipments from MatrasComfort are exclusively sent with insurance and signature on delivery. Delivery without a signature is not possible. Until the moment of signed delivery at the address provided by you, MatrasComfort remains responsible for the shipment. After receipt and signature, our liability ends, and you as the customer are responsible for further safekeeping and inspection of the product.

Inspection Upon Receipt
We kindly ask that you inspect the delivered product immediately upon receipt for any transport damage. If you notice any damage, you must report this to us in writing within 24 hours, including photo evidence, so that we can file a claim with the transport insurer.
